Impossible? No way.

Last Tuesday I started watching a little girl, her name is Olivia and she is 7 weeks old. As if I didn’t have enough to do, right? I didn’t think I would like it very well and didn’t know how I would manage being pregnant, taking care of my two year old and someone else’s child. Nevertheless, I was going to give it a try anyway. You know what I discovered? Even though I have to wake up at the crack of dawn (5:30am or before), I don’t get a nap during the day, somedays I’m still throwing up from pregnancy nausea and most days I’ve lost a small percentage of sanity? I can do it. It’s absolutely exhausting, don’t get me wrong, but I rather enjoy knowing that I’m helping a family who couldn’t afford childcare otherwise and that I’m earning, even a small amount to help my family with bills. My mother always thinks that I discredit myself since I always want to do more to help out, other than stay at home with the kids, house clean and cook, but I like helping in a monetary way as well.

Learned: I can do what seems impossible to others.
